Who We Are

Precious Foundation for Women, Children and Adolescents (PFWCA UK) is a UK-registered non-profit organisation dedicated to improving community health through prevention, early detection, and compassionate outreach.

We are a faith-inspired organisation, rooted in the values of love, service, and human dignity. Our work spans both the United Kingdom and Nigeria, addressing the healthcare and social needs of vulnerable women, children, and adolescents in underserved communities.

PFWCA was born out of a simple but powerful conviction: that no woman, child, or young person should be denied the chance at a healthy life because of where they were born, what they look like, or how much they earn.

What began as community-driven compassion in Nigeria has grown into a dual-country operation, bringing free health screenings, outreach programmes, and empowerment initiatives to communities on both sides of the world.

In the UK, we identified a clear and urgent gap: migrant communities, ethnic minorities, and other underserved groups were falling through the cracks of an overstretched health system. We stepped in to fill that gap, not to replace the NHS, but to complement it.

Our Mission

To improve the health and wellbeing of vulnerable women, children, and adolescents through prevention, early detection, education, and community empowerment, in UK and beyond.

PFWCA operates across two distinct but deeply connected contexts. Our UK arm focuses on community health screening, NHS alignment, and health equity for underserved groups. Our Nigeria arm delivers free medical outreaches, humanitarian aid, and empowerment programmes in Benin City and surrounding communities.

Together, we are a bridge between two worlds, united by a shared belief that health is a human right.
