Board of Directors

The Board is responsible for approving and reviewing this policy and ensuring organisational compliance.

Director and Management

Management is responsible for implementing the policy and addressing concerns appropriately.

Staff and Volunteers

All staff and volunteers are expected to uphold this policy and report any discriminatory behaviour.

9. Reporting Concerns

Any individual who experiences or witnesses discrimination, harassment, or exclusion is encouraged to report the matter to the Director or an appropriate Board representative.

All complaints will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and handled confidentially where possible.

10. Monitoring and Review

This policy will be reviewed at least every two years, or sooner if required by changes in legislation or organisational practice.
