Our Services: Bridging the Healthcare Gap
At PFWCA, we believe that health is a state of complete Wholeness—the integration of physical vitality, mental clarity, and spiritual peace. Led by a Senior Registered General Nurse (RGN), we provide professional clinical assessments in the UK and life-transforming medical missions in Nigeria.
Prevention & Navigation
In the UK, our mission is to empower underserved communities through early detection, health literacy, and professional signposting to the NHS.
We provide rigorous monitoring of vital health markers to identify risks before they become crises.
Cardiovascular Health: Medical-grade blood pressure monitoring and heart rhythm analysis to mitigate stroke and heart disease risks.
Metabolic Profiling: Point-of-care capillary blood glucose testing and anthropometric (BMI/Waist) assessments to identify pre-diabetic indicators.
Respiratory Vitality: Oxygen saturation (SpO2) monitoring to assess circulatory efficiency.
Professional Clinical Assessments
Our health education is rooted in clinical evidence and the "mind-body-spirit" connection.
General Health Education: Practical workshops on nutrition, chronic disease prevention, and physical stewardship.
Mental Wellness Education: Evidence-based sessions on stress physiology, emotional resilience, and sleep hygiene. (Note: We provide education and stigma reduction; we do not provide clinical mental health diagnosis.)
Cancer Awareness: Raising community awareness for early red-flag symptoms and encouraging uptake in NHS screening programmes.
Education for Wholeness
We act as a clinical bridge to ensure no one is left behind by the healthcare system.
Professional Referrals: Participants receive a PFWCA Clinical Summary to present to their GP, facilitating a faster diagnostic pathway.
System Advocacy: Support with GP registration and navigating NHS 111 and community health hubs.
NHS Navigation & Signposting
PFWCA Nigeria operates at the intersection of professional excellence and compassionate care. Our missions are built on a foundation of clinical safety, transparency, and deep-rooted accountability.
Our Clinical & Ethical Approach
To ensure the highest quality of care in rural and underserved regions, all our programmes are:
Professional Oversight: Delivered by a multidisciplinary team of qualified healthcare professionals and trained clinical volunteers.
Accessible Outreach: Strategically community-based to remove geographic and systemic barriers to healthcare.
Preventative Focus: Prioritizing early screening and clinical intervention to mitigate chronic disease progression.
Rigorous Governance: Guided by strict ethical frameworks and robust safeguarding principles to protect the vulnerable.
Sustainable Impact: Architected to strengthen long-term community health infrastructure and individual wellbeing.
